Community Profiles

How can I edit my profile?

Editing your profile is easy. Once you have logged in to Cypress Inheritance, you will see a My Profile button in the top right of the window. Hover over it to view the dropdown menu. From there, select View/Edit My Profile. Although your username cannot be changed, all the other information can be edited.

How can I change my avatar?

If you logged in with Facebook, your Facebook profile image will be automatically used as your avatar. If you want to change it, click on My Profile > View/Edit My Profile > Change Profile Photo to swap it out. You can can only use images that are JPG, PNG, or GIF. Once the photo has been uploaded, you will have an opportunity to crop it, if necessary. Please refrain from using any obscene or vulgar photos.

How can I delete my account?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to delete your account, hover over the My Profile button in the top right and click on View/Edit My Profile. From that page, click on Settings. You will then see a button that says Delete Account. Please note – once you delete your account, there is no way to get it back.

What about media (pictures, music and videos)?

Did you know that you can upload pictures, music and videos to your profile? Once you have logged in, go to the Community tab and click on Activity. You will see the Attach Media button located underneath the text box at the top of the page. Here, you can share your pictures, music and videos with the community. People can then like and comment on your submitted material. If needed, you are also able to rotate, crop or scale your images.

How can I view/edit my billing and/or shipping address?

Once you log into Cypress Inheritance, you will see a My Profile button in the top right. From the My Profile dropdown menu, click View Account Settings. You can change the default shipping and billing address from this screen. If you have already placed an order and need to change the shipping address, please let us know via the contact page.

Where can I leave a product review?

We want your feedback! Feel free to leave a review for any item you purchased in our store. In order to do so, log into your account and go to the store item. Click on the Review button, which is located under the image of the item. You can leave up to 5 stars as well as a written comment. The more stars, the better!

How can I use a coupon?

Got a coupon? Your coupon must be applied in your shopping cart before checkout. Click on the cart icon in the ribbon and enter your coupon code. Then, click Apply. The discount will be immediately reflected in your cart.
